These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Claudie Documentation Website (the "Site") and related services by BerOps s.r.o., registered in Slovakia. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation - is the intellectual property of BerOps s.r.o. or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
All subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis through Stripe. No renewal notifications are sent. Users may cancel at any time via email to [email protected] or through the designated Slack channel. Refunds are not issued for unused periods.
BerOps s.r.o. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or services immediately for payment issues, violations of these Terms, or if a user is deemed unsuitable. No refund will be provided upon termination.
We shall not be held responsible for service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or governmental actions.
All services and materials are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. BerOps s.r.o. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information or functionality on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BerOps s.r.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Site or services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BerOps s.r.o., its employees, officers, affiliates, and service providers from all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovak courts.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
